1.      Past Tense

-          Active              : She ate rice
       Passive            : Rice was eaten by her

-          Active              : I visited to the museum
       Passive            : The museum was visited by me

2.      Past Perfect Tense

-          Active              : She had swept the whiteboard
       Passive            : The whiteboard had been swept by her

-          Active              : I had bitten my finger
       Passive            : My finger had been bitten by me

3.      Past Continuous Tense

-          Active             : I was making a rule of class
       Passive           : A rule of class was being made by me

-          Active             : Someone was giving a bouquet of flowers
       Passive           : A bouquet of flowers was being given by someone

4.      Past Perfect Continuous Tense

-          Active             : They had been doing the homeworks when I came yesterday
       Passive           : When I came yesterday the homeworks had been being done by them

-          Active             : I had been giving the greeting card  
       Passive           : The greeting card had been being given by me

5.      Future Tense

-          Active              : I will visit my grandfather
       Passive            : My grandfather will be visited by me

-          Active              : I will write a description of SMANSA School
       Passive            : A description of SMANSA School will be written by me

6.      Future Perfect Tense

-          Active              : He will have seen a rainbow
       Passive            : A rainbow will have been seen by him

-          Active              : She will have won the competition
       Passive            : The competition will have been won by her

7.      Future Continuous Tense

-          Active              : he will be making a cup of coffee
       Passive            : A cup of coffee will be being made by him

-          Active              : she will be buying a canvas in the market
       Passive            : A canvas will be being bought by her in the market

8.      Future Perfect Continuous Tense

-          Active              : She will have been throwing the rubbish
       Passive            : The rubbish will have thrown by her

-          Active              : He will have been listening the music
       Passive            : The music will have listened by him

9.       Present Tense

-          Active              : She drinks a glass of orange juice
       Passive            : A glass of orange juice is drunk by her

-          Active              : He tells about Tsunami issue
       Passive            : Tsunami issue is told by him

10.  Present Perfect Tense

-          Active              : I have done my homework
       Passive            : My homework has been done by me

-          Active              : I have finished my job
       Passive            : My job has been finished by me

11.  Present Continuous Tense

-          Active              : I am writing the letter
       Passive            : A letter is being written by me

-          Active              : She is reading an English book
       Passive            : An English book is being read by her

12.  Present Perfect Continuous Tense

-          Active              : She has been spelling the alphabet
       Passive            : The alphabet has been being spelt by me

-          Active              : I have been drawing the mountain 
       Passive            : The mountain has been being drawn by me
